SF Express Pickup Points
We use the SF Express delivery system to provide pickup points for customers at SF Express stations and SF Smart Lockers.
Choosing SF Express Station Pickup
Customers choosing SF Express station pickup must select "SF Express Station" and the delivery address during "Checkout".
Note: Please carefully review the product name and contents before selecting! Customers should also review their selections!
Choosing SF Smart Locker Pickup
Customers choosing SF Smart Locker pickup must select "SF Smart Cabinet" / Express Delivery (SF Smart Locker) and the delivery address during "Checkout".
*Items weighing over 2KG/kg will not be delivered via smart lockers!
Note: Please carefully check the name and contents of the items you select before making your selection! Customers should also review their choices!
**Note: There can only be one pick-up and drop-off method at each checkout! All pick-up methods are determined by the "delivery method" selection! (Customers must check the information for safety!)
Order Delivery Status
The tracking number is not yet valid.
It's possible the courier hasn't entered the tracking number into the computer system yet. It's normal for the tracking number to not be valid within 12 hours of receipt. If it's still not valid after 24 hours, please contact JTSK for inquiries at 31732555 or WhatsApp 68217080.
Tracking
Customers can check their package status in "Order Tracking". Clicking "Order Tracking" will take you to SF Express's official tracking website: https://htm.sf-express.com/hk/tc/index.html (Enter our tracking number SFxxxxxxxxxxxxx to query.) Note: We will send the "Tracking Number" and "Tracking URL" to customers via email/WhatsApp!!

Smart Locker Delivery Issues
If you fail to collect your package within 3 days, your order will be cancelled and the courier will retrieve it. If you are unable to collect your package for any reason, please contact us via WhatsApp at 68217080 for inquiries.
For security reasons, the package collection code will only be sent to a designated phone number. Please check your SMS inbox. If you cannot find the code, please contact us via WhatsApp at 68217080 for inquiries.
