Jumppoint pick up point
We use the Jumppoint delivery system to pick up the goods at the Jumppoint station and the Jumppoint smart locker as the pick-up point for customers
Pick up at a Jumppoint location
Customers who choose the Jumppoint station to pick up the goods must select the "Jumppoint station" and delivery address at the "Checkout".
Note: Before choosing, pay attention to the product name and product content you choose! Customers should also check their choices!
Choose Jumppoint Smart Locker Pickup
Customers who choose to pick up the goods at the way to the smart locker must select 「Jumppoint Logistics(Jumppoint Locker)/Jumppoint 速運(Jumppoint智能櫃)」 and the delivery address at the time of "checkout".
*Products exceeding 2KG/kg will not be delivered in smart locker!
Note: Before choosing, pay attention to the product name and product content you choose! Customers should also check their choices!
Orders from overseas regions:
A shipping fee of $200 will be charged according to the region and weight (customers please contact our customer service staff to inquire and arrange delivery)
1. The local customs may charge the recipient with relevant taxes and surcharges, and the company will not be responsible for the relevant expenses.
2. The local post generally only provides one delivery service. In case of failure to deliver under any circumstances, the goods will be forwarded to the nearby post office or pick-up point. Customers can contact the local post through the waybill number to arrange pick-up.
**Note: There can only be one pick-up and drop-off method at each checkout! All pick-up methods are determined by the "delivery method" selection! (Customers must check the information for safety!)
Order Shipping Status
The waybill number is not yet valid
There is a chance that the receiver has not entered the waybill number into the computer system, and it is normal that the waybill number does not take effect within 12 hours after receiving it. If it is still not effective after 24 hours, please contact JTSK for enquiry, call 31732555 or Whatsapp 68217080.
Waybill Tracking
Customers can check the status of the package in "Order Tracking", click "Order Tracking" to enter Jumppoint Express's official tracking website https://tracking.jumppoint.io/ (Enter the waybill number JPxxxxxxxxxxx issued by us to check.)
Note: We will send the "Waybill / Shipment Tracking Number" and "Waybill/Shipment Tracking Number" and "Shipment Tracking URL" to customers via email/WhatsApp!!

Smart locker delivery problem
If you fail to pick up the package within 3 days, your order will be canceled and the courier will collect the package. If you cannot pick up the package due to special reasons, please contact us on Whatsapp 68217080.
