- ASK Computer Technology Ltd (Hereinafter called ASK) provides products one year limited warranty for this product commencing from the date of purchase.
- Customer must present the original warranty card together with original purchase invoice ASK services centre for verification when warranty services is rendered services fee will be charged if any one of the documents cannot be produced. This warranty covers software only-Accessorized such as connection cables, the CD, headphone, remote controller and the software installation, user manual are excluded in the warranty.
- All the replaced parts will become the properly of ASK.
- Any cost of transportation is on the account of purchaser.
- Free guarantee services will not be provided to the said equipment if
(a)any unauthorized repair or modification has been camped out on the unit, or
(b)it has been damaged through misuse, negligence, accident, insects or natural calamities, or
(c)it has been installed,maintained or operated other wise than in accordance with the instructions - Under no circumstances will ASK be liable for any consequential damages caused in relation to the use of this product.
- Warranty service is valid in Hong Kong only in case of warranty service required overseas,customer is responsible to deliver the machine to ASK services centre in Hong Kong on his/her own account customer shall be responsible for delivering the machine back to customer, after repair, by courier services, including any damage or disappear, our company will not be liable for during transportation arising any breakdown of the products.
- If any parts need to be exchanged, fees should be paid by customers.
- We reserve all rights to a mend the warranty conditions without any notices.
- DV/DVD/PMP/Mobile Phone/Digital Frame/MP4/MP5/NetBook/GPS have one year warranty services.
