Warranty Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions of sale are formulated in accordance with industry practice. In case of discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
1 Replacement Guarantee
1.1 If any product is found to be defective after inspection, the customer can replace the product of the same model within seven days (except for some designated brands and accessories), and can only be replaced once per purchase. Guests must bring the product to the store to arrange inspection and replacement.
1.2 The screen is dusty, and the bright spot/light spot/dead spot and below are not within the scope of replacement. The backlight of the e-ink screen is uneven and is not within the scope of replacement.
1.3 If the replacement product is not in stock, the customer may replace it with another product of the same value.
1.4 When replacing the goods, the customer must present a valid invoice, receipt, and an unfilled warranty. The product must be packaged completely without any damage or scratches; and the body number of the product must match the information on the invoice. The mobile phone and tablet category also require a machine inspection paper stamped by the official maintenance department to prove that there is no artificial damage.
1.5 This return guarantee does not apply if the product is returned due to price fluctuations in the market, time-limited preferential price changes, or/and software problems.
1.6 If the customer does not pay within 7 working days after placing the order, the order will be deemed to be cancelled.
1.7 This replacement guarantee does not apply to:
(a) Items with special prices or/and special discounts;
(b) Goods damaged due to accidental or negligent damage, improper use;
(c) random accessories;
(d) Goods for which there is no relevant invoice or/and receipt or/and a warranty form;
(e) registered software products;
(f) Products with damage or/and scratches;
(g) Products with registered maintenance;
(h) a rooted mobile phone or electronic device;
(i) Certain types of products such as Apple, Dyson, etc. only provide official maintenance and repair and do not provide new products;
(j) Certain consumable products such as protective stickers, cosmetic skin care products, thermal water bottles, etc.
1.8 If all mobile phone products are damaged or/and cannot be used after being sold, or/and the display screen fails to display the IMEI/Serial No. which is consistent with the relevant invoice or/and receipt information, please hand it over to the agent for inspection and repair. Replacement coverage does not apply.
1.9 Each item can only be returned once.
2.0 Please pay attention to the warranty terms on the product page.
2 Refund
2.1 Except in the case of the replacement guarantee described above, all sold items are non-refundable. Products are subject to price fluctuations, and the selling price is subject to the moment the order is placed. If there is a price adjustment or promotion afterwards, the difference will not be refunded.
2.2 If the guest transfers money by mistake, the extra amount can only be used as points for the next purchase. If the customer insists on a refund, due to administrative costs, a $50 administrative fee will be charged each time. It is recommended that guests check the amount to be transferred before using the transfer.
3 delivery
3.1 All estimated delivery dates and times are only estimated by the company. The company will strive to ship as soon as possible, but will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by delays or non-delivery.
3.2 If the customer fails to pick up the relevant goods after 30 days of notification, the company reserves the right to confiscate the relevant goods for payment of storage fees.
4 After-sale maintenance
4.1 The maintenance terms displayed on the company's website or invoices are for quick reference only. The maintenance details of licensed products are subject to the information published by the manufacturer (maintenance agency designated by the manufacturer). The company will make every effort to ensure the accuracy of maintenance data, but will not be responsible for any loss caused by incorrect data.
4.2 When the service is required, the user must present the company's (Lianxun Computer Technology Co., Ltd.) warranty and the original document to be valid. Photocopies or fax copies will not be accepted. Pay maintenance service fee.
4.3 The company's warranty card only includes technical support maintenance (repair of original products) and labor services, all parts and accessories, such as CPU, bottom plate, battery, IC, display screen, earphone, remote control, memory card, a damaged The built-in software and user guide are not included in the free maintenance service.
4.4 If the repaired product needs to be replaced, the cost of the parts shall be paid.
4.5 All replaced parts and original parts belong to the company, and the company has the right to do anything.
4.6 Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the user.
4.7 In the following cases, this maintenance certificate will automatically become invalid:
a) The product has been repaired or modified by non-company personnel and damaged parts caused by broken parts;
b) The product has been damaged due to misuse, negligent use, leakage of battery fluid, man-made damage or natural disasters;
c) Not in accordance with the original manufacturer's installation, operation or maintenance, if the serial number attached to the product has been deleted or removed.
4.8 The company will not be responsible for any other losses caused by the use of the product.
4.9 The Warranty is only valid in Hong Kong.
4.10 Please note that all mobile phones/DV/DVD/PMP/electronic photo frames/MP4/MP5/laptops/GPS navigators/tablets have a one-year limited warranty.
4.11 The company reserves the right to amend the warranty terms.
