1. Applicable conditions
Customers who purchase regulated electrical appliances from our company, including air conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, televisions, computers, printers, scanners and monitors, can request to arrange free removal and Purchase of used electrical appliances of the same type and quantity (must belong to the same type of regulated electrical appliances Note 1)

2. Removal site
Applicable to any premises in Hong Kong

3. Select a deadline
(a) Customers can sign the "Removal Service Selection Record" when purchasing; or
(b) Call 6821 7080 within 3 days after the transaction to make a request to the company, and if the deadline is overdue, the removal service will be waived

4. Removal service time
(a) Under normal circumstances, 3 working days shall be reserved for the removal of old services
(b) On the date specified by the customer, go to the place specified by the customer to remove the old part
(c) Closed on Sundays and public holidays

5. Precautions
(a) The removal service is handled separately from the delivery and installation services, and the old parts waiting to be removed can be moved earlier as needed
      Go away, or temporarily store it in the removal place, and then remove it later, customers can arrange with the staff
(b) Once the old part is received, it will not be returned
(c) Old parts must be kept free-standing, free from any device, connection system, or obstructed storage location
(d) If the old parts have serious hygienic problems (for example: rotten juice residue, cockroaches, ants), the staff
       The right to refuse to remove the old parts, and consumers will no longer enjoy free removal services
(e) If customers want to change the agreed removal service location or time, please call within at least 2 working days

(f) In case of Black Rainstorm Warning / Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, the removal service will be temporarily suspended

(g) The agreed removal time is delayed or suspended due to traffic or weather conditions, or other factors
       or rescheduled, the company will not be responsible for any
(h) The personal data of customers and contacts are only used for the purpose of removing old services, and the company will abide by the "Personal Data
     (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong)
(i) In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.

Note 1
Air conditioners: Including stand-alone and split-type air conditioners, which are air-cooled or air-heated (or both), and whose rated cooling capacity does not exceed 7.5 kW (ie 3 horsepower).
Washing machine: its rated laundry capacity does not exceed 10 kg.
Refrigerators: the total volume of which does not exceed 500 liters.
Television: The size of the display screen does not exceed 100 inches (measured diagonally).
Computers: Including personal computers, desktop computers, tablet computers, laptop computers and notebook computers.
Printer: its weight does not exceed 30 kg; if it is also used as a photocopier, fax machine or scanner, it is still considered a printer.
Scanner: its weight does not exceed 30 kg.
Display: It does not have the function of storing electronic data or calculation; the size of its display screen is within 5.5 inches to 100 inches (measured by diagonal angle).

The products listed in this receipt are regulated electrical appliances within the meaning of the Product Environmental Responsibility Ordinance (Cap. 603). The Ordinance imposes the following recycling levies on the product:

Refrigerators: $165 each

Washing machine: $125 each

TV: $165 each

Computer: $15 each

Printer: $15 each

Scanners: $15 each

Monitors: $45 each
